How to unlock your number:

1Send an email to support@talku.com requesting to unlock your number.
2Include your TalkU account number and verification of identity in the email.
3You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

Required account details:

Account Number:
Typically found on your bill or within your online account.
PIN:
Provided by TalkU after unlocking.
LOA:
Letter of Authorization signed by the account holder.
Billing Information:
Billing telephone number, account owner's name, and address must match TalkU records.

Important: Important: Ensure all information matches your TalkU account records accurately to prevent issues during the porting process. The unlock process may take 3-7 business days to complete.
